Having problems getting access to the content?

If your email is not recognised, please send an email to csanzet@theconferencecompany.com to request support

Using the correct email address but still unable to access the content?

There could be three reasons why this is happening.

1. You’re using a work email address and the verification email is being blocked by your corporate policy, or the email has gone to your spam folder.

SOLUTION: add no-reply@jplmedia.com.au to your address book

2. You’re using a personal email address and the verification email has gone to your spam folder

SOLUTION: add no-reply@jplmedia.com.au to your address book

3. You’re trying to access the portal from a different device than you used to start the login process. For instance, you may have tried to login from your mobile but then opened the email verification on your laptop or desktop or vice versa.

SOLUTION: Please ensure you’re using the same device to start the login process and to open the email verification in your email inbox. The browser and the email inbox need to be on the same device for the authentication to work. 

If you’ve tried all of the above but still can’t get access, please email support@jplmedia.com.au and one of our support team will assist you. Please include screenshots and a clear explanation of the issue.
